Upstairs are three bedrooms and three full baths and ALL bedrooms have their own access to a porch! The large master bedroom retreat and bath measures the length of the home! This master retreat includes a King-size bed and a sitting area with views of the marsh and marina. The room also includes a desk with internet access for the workaholic who just cannot stop even at the beach, and bath with his-and-her vanities, a jetted tub, and a large shower, and a private water closet. The second King Bedroom also includes a private bath, SMART TV, and access to the private porch. The third upstairs bedroom with two bunk beds, one with a trundle (5 total twin beds), and an LED SMART TV is perfect for children and teens to stream or game. An upper back-side screen porch with recliners makes the perfect place to talk, view the marsh, and relax before bed.
An outside shower makes it convenient to rinse off upon returning from the beach. A large garage allows covered parking during your stay for up to 3 cars, with an additional 2 in the driveway.
The island has two designer golf courses – Ocean Creek, designed by Davis Love, III – which our cottage fronts, and Ocean Point, designed by George W. Cobb. Golf instruction is available for both adults and kids as young as four years of age.

This five-bedroom, four full bath home includes a bedroom (queen-size) on the main floor with a full bath which includes a tall ADA toilet and a three-foot door for access to the bath to make a vacation for older guests more enjoyable and a second bedroom with a trundle daybed that sleeps two comfortably and a desk with Internet access. This second sitting area is perfect for families or groups to have separate conversation areas or competing TV/movie interests.

A huge, open kitchen complete with granite countertops/stainless steel appliances and all the cooking necessities and more… The home is equipped with 1gb screaming fast internet for gaming, streaming. There is a total of 6 large 4k SMART TVs in the home – one in each bedroom. There's an “instant on” fireplace in the great room along with a large sectional sofa, and a game table with chairs perfect for a puzzle or a marathon game of chess.
There is nothing like watching the Marsh on Fripp.
The home is located in the Davis Love section of Ocean Creek on the marsh side. Views of the marsh and the marina can be seen from two different porches.
