IMPORTANT - New Fripp Island Resort Fees

If you, your friends and family would like to enjoy the Fripp Island Resort amenities, we can assist you in purchasing amenity cards to gain access since we are club members. The Resort now charges 12.8% in addition to your rental agreement for access to the resort and $50 for a weekly amenity card or $35 for a 4 Day amenity card during prime season or $35 for a weekly card and $25 for a 4 day card for off season bookings. Two weekly amenity cards will be included for FREE IF you choose to buy additional cards from the Resort which triggers the 12.8% resort fee. If you family does not desire to use the resort's amenities such as pools, golf courses, restaurants, etc., then no additional charges are required other than the original booking.

NON PET RENTAL

We are a NON-PET rental. Please don't book our house if you intend to bring a pet. There is a $1000 penalty fee which is enforced.
